Rosalind Rolls

As People and Culture Manager for Arnold Ventures, Rosalind supports the organization’s recruiting and onboarding initiatives. She also has served as co-facilitator of the Arnold Ventures Affinity Group for Staff of Color, helping build an inclusive culture for the organization.

Throughout her 20-year career, Rosalind has been committed to socially conscious, impactful work that makes a difference in the lives of others. As part of that work, she developed a corporate social responsibility pilot for a client, which then became an independent nonprofit organization. This changed the trajectory of Rosalind’s career.

Rosalind holds a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Houston.
