People and Culture Manager - Candidate and Employee Experience
As People and Culture Manager for Arnold Ventures, Rosalind develops, improves, and supports the recruiting and onboarding systems, functions, and tools.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Rosalind began her career in advertising and marketing working with clients to improve their brand awareness and positioning. From the beginning of her career, Rosalind has been committed to socially conscious, impactful work that makes a difference in the lives of others. Thrilled to have developed a corporate social responsibility initiative for a client and then transitioning that pilot project into an independent nonprofit organization changed the trajectory of Rosalind’s career leading to nearly twenty years in the nonprofit sector.
Rosalind was inspired to return to school to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work and become a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Rosalind has held a variety of leadership roles focusing on disaster case management, basic needs assistance, veteran services, and grant-making. In her most recent role, Rosalind spent nearly five years in volunteer services developing and implementing strategy to recruit, onboard, train and retain volunteers.
Rosalind appreciates being able to use her skills and experience and looks forward to supporting her colleagues in fulfilling the mission of Arnold Ventures.
