Hana Greenberg

Vice President of Advocacy, Public Finance

Hana directs the state and federal advocacy work for the Public Finance portfolio at Arnold Ventures. In this role, she works with the Public Finance team to develop the philanthropy’s strategies for building relationships with policymakers at the local, state, and federal levels to support fiscally responsible, evidence-based policy solutions.

Hana previously served as the director of government affairs for the Target Corporation and as vice president of tax for the Retail Industry Leaders Association. Before that, she was chief of staff to U.S. Representative Ron Kind (D-WI), a senior member of the U.S. House Ways & Means Committee. In those positions, Greenberg oversaw policy advocacy initiatives related to international trade, corporate tax structures, and environmental sustainability.

Greenberg earned her bachelor's degree at Washington University in St. Louis and her master's degree in public policy and administration at Northwestern University.
