Carrie Glenn is the Vice President of Advocacy for Arnold Ventures. In that capacity, she oversees state advocacy campaigns and fosters long-term relationships with policymakers and stakeholders in the states.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Carrie served as Senior Vice President at The Network, focusing on supporting and platforming leaders across the country who were willing to reach across the aisle to tackle America’s greatest challenges.
Prior to her time at The Network, Carrie was the Director of Coalitions and Communications at the Justice Action Network and the Coalition for Public Safety and played a key role in securing legislative advancements, including the landmark First Step Act in 2018.
