Dina Grove

Dina Grove leads the Operational Planning and Data Strategy (OPD) and Grants teams at Arnold Ventures. OPD oversees cross-operational team coordination and communication, data collection and operational processes to provide efficiency, and compliance and usability for Arnold Ventures’ staff. The Grants team provides support and partnership to Arnold Ventures’ grantees and internal stakeholders throughout the full grantmaking life cycle. Before leading these teams, Dina spent 6 years on the Arnold Ventures Legal team, providing legal advice and guidance to the Criminal Justice portfolio and other teams on a range of matters, including private foundation rules and lobbying compliance.

Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Dina worked for a boutique law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and clerked for 2 federal judges. Her legal experience includes representing small businesses, large corporations, and individual clients in diverse commercial litigation matters and providing pro bono representation to clients in partnership with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.

She received her law degree from New York University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
