Justin Lowe

Justin Lowe is the assistant general counsel of Arnold Ventures, overseeing the Legal team and providing solutions-oriented legal advice and counsel for the organization’s programs.

Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Justin was a partner with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he advised private foundations, grantmaking non-governmental organizations, and advocacy, health care, higher education and scientific research organizations. He has also served in various government roles, including as the technical advisor to the IRS Tax-Exempt and Government Entities Division Commissioner and as acting attorney-advisor in the Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy, focusing on tax-exempt organization issues.

Justin holds a master’s degree of law in taxation from Georgetown University, a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Creighton University.
