Before joining Arnold Ventures, Reggie accumulated 16 years of diverse administrative experience. He notably served as chief of staff for the United States Capitol Police’s Office of Equity and Inclusion, where he developed and implemented strategies to promote equity within the organization. His background also includes various administrative roles in non-profit organizations, healthcare facilities, and small businesses, demonstrating his adaptability and commitment to excellence in different environments.

Reggie has earned certifications in office technology, business administration, and office operations, which compliment his extensive experience.
