Randall contributes to proposal development, project management, strategy development, community outreach, and engagement efforts. Randall uses the knowledge he gained through his experiences of incarceration and reintegration to inform Arnold Venture’s research and policy strategies for the Corrections Team.

Prior to working for Arnold Ventures, Randall was the Factory Clerk and Quality Assurance Clerk at Unicor Sign Factory in Cumberland, Maryland. Randall helped maintain on - time delivery, handled customer service issues, and helped improve the overall quality of all products created and sold at the factory.

Randall was incarcerated for a little over 24 years and was released under the Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act (IRAA). He has been supported by the BreakFree-Ed organization, which provided the fellowship to train and place Randall at Arnold Ventures. He has personally experienced and seen the consequences of the United States’ excessive incarceration, particularly for Black men. Randall is determined to change the criminal justice system.
