Laura Fagbemi

Laura is responsible for critical data entry and data integrity efforts for Arnold Ventures' grants management system and facilitates the signature process for charitable grants and contracts. Her work also involves supporting processes, systems, and data-related projects as the Grants team continues to identify efficiencies regarding grantmaking activity.

Before joining Arnold Ventures, Laura worked with the Texas Policy Lab on a quantitative research project studying the effects of a risk-assessment-based bail reform policy launched in El Paso County. Concurrently, she worked with the Texas Center for Justice and Equity on qualitative school policing and bail reform research.

Laura graduated from Rice University with the Distinction in Research and Creative Work award and a degree in social policy analysis and English. A native Texan, Laura resides in Houston. She enjoys reading, horror movies, weightlifting, and singing.
