Kim develops financial reporting frameworks & planning tools, collaborates with leadership across the organization to improve the depth of Arnold Ventures' financial data, and partners with Finance colleagues & staff across issue areas to support meaningful cost-benefit analysis in furtherance of strategic funding decisions.

Kim graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She interned at the Policing Project at New York University School of Law and the Brennan Center for Justice. She was also a managing editor for the Journal of Law & Social Problems. Before law school, Kim was a political science research assistant at the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University, where she assisted with database creation and performed quantitative analyses.

Kim holds a master's in political science from Stanford University and a bachelor's in political science from the University of Notre Dame.
