Donna Rawana

Donna is responsible for the accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, tax compliance, and the overall improvement of systems and processes for Arnold Ventures.

With more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience in Canada and the U.S., Donna began her career in packaged goods and transitioned to healthcare. Most recently, she was responsible for the financial, planning, and analysis for the Information Technology Department at Texas Children’s Hospital. Over the last year, Donna was the Controller for a small start-up organization managing the full accounting functions of cash flow optimization, budgeting, and reporting.

Donna has a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics, a master’s degree in business administration in accounting, and holds a chartered professional accountant license from Canada.

Donna is an active volunteer with the Houston Pearls Foundation, an organization that provides mentorship and support to teens in the foster system aged 14-18. Outside of AV, Donna loves spending time with her family which includes her husband and two adult children.
