Crystal provides administrative support to the Communications & External Affairs Team and the Programs Team at Arnold Ventures.
With 20+ years of experience in Health Care as well as Police and Preparedness she has previously supported executives such as the Chief of Police for the Texas Medical Center for 13 years and the Department of Surgery Advanced Practice Providers and Surgeon in Chief at Texas Children’s Hospital as a senior executive admin.
Crystal is a licensed Life and Health insurance counselor a role that allows her to guide Medicare aged seniors on how to navigate through paperwork and obtain all eligible benefits. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and mentoring a small group of teen girls who are ages 12-17 on how to prepare for the transition of teen to young adults. A guiding motto for Crystal is “find the positive in every situation”, because broken crayons still produce color.
She is a native Houstonian, proud mother of one daughter, and “GiGi” to a new granddaughter.
