Bridgette Ramirez

Infrastructure Analyst (she/her)

Bridgette serves as an analyst on the Infrastructure team at Arnold Ventures. She assists in achieving AV’s goal of building better, faster, and low-cost infrastructure across the United States with a focus on affordable housing, clean energy, and transportation.

Prior to joining AV, Bridgette worked at a social impact consulting firm where she supported the education, workforce, and economic mobility efforts of the Gates Foundation. While there, she conducted landscape analyses on the economic mobility impact of infrastructure legislation on Indigenous communities in the United States. She also engaged in community organizing aiming to increase the voter participation of Hispanic communities in Harris County elections. Additionally, she was a part-time high school substitute teacher in Houston.

Bridgette graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor's degree in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology. She is a proud Houstonian and is now living in Washington, D.C. In her free time, she loves watching live music, playing soccer and volleyball, and exploring the city with friends.
