Jesse Wallin

Jesse provides legal support and guidance to Arnold Ventures. Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Jesse worked at HarbourVest Partners, a global private equity investment firm. Previously, he also worked as a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focused on representing private equity sponsors and private company clients in complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers & acquisitions.

Before his time in the private sector, Jesse served as a health care volunteer with the Peace Corps in rural Uganda.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of law, an M.P.A. from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and a B.A. with honors from Stanford University, where he was a Member of Phi Beta Kappa.
