Criminal Justice Analyst
Dina provides research, analytical, and strategic support for the Criminal Justice team. She is responsible for managing the logistical operations of the team’s community supervision, prison, and reintegration portfolios. This includes overseeing the team’s progress through its strategy development, grant-making, and portfolio review processes.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Dina served as a congressional intern in the U.S. Senate, where she tracked and reported on legislative developments in both the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and the House Financial Services Committee. She also previously served as a presidential campaign fellow for Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2016, organizing voters and volunteers in the San Francisco Bay Area and in North Carolina.
Dina graduated from Duke University with degrees in public policy, economics, and German.
