Health Care Analyst
Emma provides strategic support for the Health Care team. Her work centers on supporting investment in policy and research initiatives that improve care for individuals with complex needs. Before joining the Health Care team, Emma worked as a Graduate Research Associate on the Criminal Justice team.
Prior to working at Arnold Ventures, Emma interned at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she conducted fieldwork, policy analysis, and data abstractions in support of bureau efforts to reduce fatal overdoses. She additionally worked at a social science research center, where she published work on national paid family leave policy. Emma has also interned at a number of health care nonprofits, where she helped consumers to enroll in coverage through the Affordable Care Act and provided technical assistance to global tobacco control campaigns.
Emma holds a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale University.
