Comment Letter on CMS CY 2027 OPPS Proposed Rule
In a comment letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Arnold Ventures supports the agency’s proposal to expand site-neutral payment reform to certain imaging services, which would eliminate skewed payment incentives and reduce health care costs for patients and taxpayers. Arnold Ventures also supports CMS’s commitment to strengthening hospital price transparency and implementing Medicare billing transparency reforms.
