Addie Roman

Addie provides payroll and benefits support to the People and Culture team at Arnold Ventures. She is a hands-on, service-focused specialist with a consultative approach to payroll and benefits administration.

Addie comes to Arnold Ventures with 9 years of experience working at a community health center. First, as a Finance Counselor then as an Indigent Drug Program Coordinator and later as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. She worked 3 years for the Health and Human Services Department administering Medicaid and Food Share for the elderly, blind and disabled residents of Racine County. She also has 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist in the private sector.

Addie graduated from Gateway Technical College with a degree in Criminal Justice.
