Addie Roman

In her capacity as the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Addie processes payroll while providing benefits support to the Arnold Ventures community. She is a hands-on, service and accuracy-focused specialist with a consultative approach to payroll and benefits.

Addie comes to Arnold Ventures with eight years of experience as an HR Generalist in the private sector. She also has nine years of experience working at a community health center. First as a Finance Counselor, then as an Indigent Drug Program Coordinator, and later as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Additionally, she administered Medicaid and Food Share for the elderly, blind, and disabled residents of Racine County for three years while working at the Health and Human Services Department.

Addie graduated from Gateway Technical College with a degree in Criminal Justice.
