Our objective is to establish consistent expectations for people managers across AV and ensure they have the resources they need to succeed. This will include getting clear on how to set goals, give feedback, check-in on how team members are progressing against their goals, manage difficult conversations and performance improvement issues, execute our end-of-year evaluation process, and hold leaders and people managers accountable.
