This week Arnold Ventures submitted formal comments to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on a proposed rule to strengthen the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
In the comments Arnold Ventures called for increased transparency, improved regulatory definitions, and manufacturer pricing surveys to ensure compliance with regulations aimed at lowering drug prices in Medicaid and preserving taxpayer dollars.
