Arnold Ventures is looking to support state higher education efforts that improve ROI for students and the taxpayer and scale programs that work. We are focusing on supporting incentives and state funding efforts that promote credentials of value, improve state investments in effective higher education programs, and scale student support efforts that work. We welcome ideas and proposals aligned on these efforts.
