Arnold Ventures’ Statement on Atlanta Shootings

We are heartbroken at the murders of eight people in the Atlanta area, including six Asian American women. This latest violence comes amid a year of increased anti-Asian American racism, as recorded by organizations such as Stop AAPI Hate. We stand with the Asian American Pacific Islander community and condemn misogyny, systemic violence, and white supremacy. As an organization focused on maximizing opportunity and minimizing injustice, we are committed to investing in long-term solutions that address the root causes of violence and hate. We will continue to work with the goal of building communities where all can be safe, healthy, and thrive.
