Andrea Noda

Andrea develops and oversees strategic investments in drug pricing reform. Before joining Arnold Ventures, she worked at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) for more than a decade, providing quantitative analysis and technical assistance to Congress on federal health care legislation. Andrea’s work at CBO focused on a variety of health care issues including Medicare and Medicaid prescription drug reimbursement and coverage, and the provision of Medicaid services to the elderly and people with disabilities.

Previously, Andrea worked at Avalere Health, where she provided analytic, strategic, and managerial support on projects for health care industry clients related to Medicare and Medicaid. She also worked at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute, where she worked on a variety of research projects related to the Medicare prescription drug benefit.

Andrea holds a master's of public policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s in social policy from Northwestern University.
