Arnold Ventures statement on final passage of 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act
WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 23, 2026) — Kelli Rhee, president and CEO of Arnold Ventures, provided the following statement after final passage of the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act in the House of Representatives:
“With an overwhelming bipartisan vote in both chambers, Congress just passed the most substantial federal housing bill in decades. The ROAD to Housing Act will increase housing supply and reduce barriers to homeownership for American families.
We applaud the leadership of Chairs Tim Scott (R‑SC) and French Hill (R‑AR); and Ranking Members Elizabeth Warren (D‑MA) and Maxine Waters (D‑CA), who championed housing policy changes from the beginning and made this landmark reform possible.”
Rhee and other AV policy experts are available for interview or comment. More information on AV’s housing policy work can be found here.
