Arnold Ventures Commends Bipartisan ROAD to Housing Act of 2025
Schuetz: AV appreciates “evidence-based, bipartisan, commonsense solutions to the housing affordability crisis.”
Washington, D.C. (July 28, 2025) – Jenny Schuetz, vice president of infrastructure for housing at Arnold Ventures, provided the following statement following the introduction of the bipartisan ROAD to Housing Act of 2025:
“Americans need better housing options, and the status quo is not working. When there are not enough homes, competition drives up prices and drives people out of their communities. We are grateful to Chairman Scott, Ranking Member Warren, and the rest of the Senate Banking Committee for their work to develop a strong set of pro-housing proposals, and we look forward to working with members to enact evidence-based, bipartisan, commonsense solutions to the housing affordability crisis.”
Schuetz and other AV infrastructure experts are available for interview or comment. More information on AV’s housing policy work can be found here.
