Washington, D.C. (Oct. 20, 2023)– Today, Arnold Ventures announced that award-winning, veteran communications executive Kristine Grow has been appointed vice president of communications, bringing her extensive experience in issue and brand management, advocacy communications, and media relations to the organization’s nonpartisan, evidence-based commitment to finding solutions to America’s most pressing problems.

Grow officially joins Arnold Ventures on October 30th, leading a team based in Houston and Washington, D.C. that is responsible for overseeing the philanthropy’s media relations, web and social media outreach, and additional communications strategies and platforms. She will bolster Arnold Ventures’ focus on strategic planning and execution, brand management, and leadership of its multifaceted communications team.

Prior to joining the communications team at Arnold Ventures, Grow was senior vice president of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), where she led communications strategy and execution. Before that, she led corporate communications strategy for Aetna, one of the leading nationwide health insurance providers. She previously served in communications positions for global corporations including Aramark and Unisys.
