Vice President of Advocacy
Robb leads state-level advocacy efforts for Arnold Ventures.
In his role, he identifies grant opportunities, makes strategic investments, and advises on policy campaigns. Over the past 20 years, Robb has worked for public and nonprofit organizations in various capacities, including in government relations, campaign, and analytical positions. Before joining Arnold Ventures, he served as the senior director for state strategies and engagement at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. He has also served as a political consultant and coalition organizer for several policy and advocacy groups, the executive director of the Oklahoma State Tourism and Recreation Department, a staff member of the Oklahoma State Senate Appropriations Committee, and an intelligence analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency.
Robb holds a master's in public administration from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s in political science and Latin American studies.
