Human Resources Manager
Erin oversees human resources initiatives, including talent acquisition, professional development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
She previously worked for CHI St. Luke’s Health-Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center as a business partner and senior recruiter. In that role, she supported more than 2,000 employees, focusing on engagement and retention initiatives, organizational strategy, training and development, process improvement, and change management. She also led the talent acquisition team, focusing on executive recruitment and overseeing talent management.
Erin graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's in marketing and holds a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
