Criminal Justice Research Manager
Diana helps develop and implement the pretrial justice research agenda, manage research grants, and provide strategic research-related advice to the pretrial justice team.
Before joining Arnold Ventures, Diana taught research methods, sociology, and criminal justice classes at both John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Rutgers University. She earned several teaching awards from the departments she taught in, the City University of New York, and her students.
Diana was also the Managing Editor of the Feminist Criminology Journal with Sage Publications, where she managed cutting-edge feminist research and coordinated journal-related events. Diana is also the author and co-author of several chapters and journal articles on a variety of criminal justice issues.
Diana received her Ph.D. in criminal justice with a focus on policy, oversight and administration at the City University of New York/John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a master's degree in international crime and justice at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a bachelor's degree in international criminal justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
