Chris is responsible for reviewing and tracking grant budgets, analyzing financial information, and monitoring trends related to overall grant making activity.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Chris worked in asset-based lending where he provided market analysis and budgeting guidance to real estate entrepreneurs in multiple Texas real estate markets. In his role at Texas Real Estate Fund Managers, he was responsible for preparing investor presentations and quarterly newsletters, underwriting asset-based loans, budget compliance, portfolio management, and credit facility utilization optimization. Alongside his duties to the company, Chris provided support to clients on budgeting strategies, financial modeling, market analysis, and forecasting.
Chris is an active member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where he serves on the Swine Auction Committee as Captain of Auction and VIP experience
Chris holds bachelor’s of business administration in finance from University of Houston and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
