Evidence-Based Policy Analyst
Brontë provides research, analytical, and operational support for the Evidence-Based Policy team. She supports the team’s internal review of policy research with the goal of identifying social programs with strong evidence of effectiveness and assists with social media and advocacy efforts.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Brontë worked as a Policy Fellow at Sorenson Impact, where she assisted research on cost-benefit analyses, project feasibility, and evaluation for evidence-based social impact programs. Previously, she served as an intern for the Faith and Progressive Policy Initiative at the Center for American Progress, performing research, communications, and advocacy support.
Brontë graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University with degrees in political science and economics.
