Evidence-Based Policy Analyst (she/her)
Brontë provides research, analytical, and operational support for the Evidence-Based Policy team. She aids the team’s review of social policy research with the goal of identifying programs with strong evidence of effectiveness in improving people’s lives, and assists with communications, advocacy, and grants management.
Prior to joining Arnold Ventures, Brontë worked as a policy fellow at Sorenson Impact, where she assisted research on cost-benefit analyses, project feasibility, and evaluation for social impact programs. Previously, she served as an intern for the Faith and Progressive Policy Initiative at the Center for American Progress, performing research, communications, and advocacy support.
A proud native of Utah, Brontë graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University with degrees in political science and economics. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, board games, and watching as many Major League Baseball games as possible.
